Allstar Property Services is a family owned and operated business staffed by four full-time and five part-time employees. We manage a variety of properties consisting of single and multi-family residential units, residential and mixed-use associations and various commercial and light industrial properties.

Owners Jeff and Susan Engelhardt have been valley residents for over thirty years and have over forty five years of combined property management experience. Jeff is a current member of the National Association of Rental Property Managers, the Sun Valley board of Realtors and is the designated broker for Allstar Property Services. Jeff has held memberships in Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Jeff earned BOMI’s Facilities Management Administrators (FMA) professional designation in 1996. Allstar Property Services is a member of the Hailey Chamber of Commerce. In 2008, Susan was voted Hailey Chamber Ambassador of the Year and Jeff served on the Hailey CHamber of Commerce board. Jeff is a current member of the Hailey Rotary Club and served as their Club President from 2008 – 2009. Jeff is proud for having served his country in the United States Army’s First Infantry Division from 1973 to 1976.
